Hi Everyone,

Seeing as though my business encourages people to 'stress less', it is ideal that I help out Lifeline this year with their 'stress down' campaign.

I will be donating 20% of all profits from my CD's, relaxation downloads and stress management services in July and August to Lifeline. So by helping yourself you will also be helping Lifeline! Also, any business that purchases CD's or organises a stress management service will be publicly acknowledged on this page, please see below.

If you are looking for something that relates to the theme of 'stressing down', you might be interested in the CD called "Guided Relaxation for Busy People”. Stress Down on 24/7 for Lifeline

On 24 July, 2008, Lifeline will be having a major fundraising event - Stress Down on 24/7.

Stress Down on 24/7 will encourage people and their workplaces to have fun and participate in stress reducing activities in return for making a financial donation to Lifeline.

The money raised will go towards covering the growing costs for Lifeline's 24hour telephone counselling line – 13 11 14, helping to maintain the service availability to anyone needing emotional support.
