How to Register

Hi there, and thank you for your enquiry.

To register as a partner charity with Everyday Hero you simply need authority to fundraise in your state, or nationally if you operate across Australia. Please feel free to call us on 07 3251 9500 and we will talk you through how we operate and how your cause can benefit from joining us.

To sign up for participation in our online fundraising you need to do 3 things

  1. Complete the attached Registration form (click here to download)

You can complete this form on your screen by saving it as a new document on your computer. Please indicate on this form the state(s) where you are authorised to fundraise and your authority/license numbers.
Please email the form and a jpg or GIF of your logo to

  2. Open and Print Online Fundraising Agreement (click here to download)

This is an agreement which sets out the business arrangements between us. It enables us to collect money and issue DGR receipts on your behalf and deduct our costs for doing this. Once you have read the agreement, you need to fill in the following pages:

    • Page 14

Please complete Item 1 of Schedule 2 by providing the name of your organisation (Donee name) and other information requested. You do not need to fill in the Commencement date.

    • Page 15

Please sign the document on behalf of your organisation, either as a company or an association. [NOTE - The information required in schedule 1 of the agreement is satisfied by filling out the attached Charity Registration form]. Please sign under the official name of your organisation.

Sign letter in Schedule 4 for NSW Department of Gaming and Racing

This only applies if you have an authority to fundraise in NSW

The terms of this agreement have already been approved by the NSW Department of Gaming and Racing (as the regulators of charitable fundraising in NSW), but they also require a letter from you informing them of your engagement of Everyday Hero and requesting a waiver of certain fundraising authority conditions. We have provided a draft of this letter. You can either reproduce this letter on your own paper, or simply print off and sign the letter we have provided, clearly printing the name of your organisation and the person signing on its behalf at the bottom.

  3. Send the letter to the NSW Office of Charities and the agreement to our Brisbane office

You can also fax or email schedule 2, 4 and the signature page to our office and post the original.

.. and thats it!

We will then send a signed copy of the Agreement back to you.

If you'd like a representative from Everyday Hero to contact you, please complete the registration enquiry form.
