Walking Home
Our mission is to raise awareness and understanding of homelessness issues within the Barwon South Western region. On this journey we seek to support the creation and delivery of resources and services to prevent and end homelessness.Walking Home walkers share in supporting, advocating and representing the most vulnerable and disadvantaged members of our communities. At the end of their journey, the Walking Home team has homes to go to – thousands of Australians do not.
