Blind Welfare provides our members assistance with services such as these as well as linking our members to various support services, social support networks, various recreational and leisure support groups, talking books, home visiting as well as special welfare financial assistance to help make ends meet.
Our focus is to promote and assist our blind and vision impaired members to maintain their independence and individual lifestyles.
