The Royal Flying Doctor Service is an Australian tradition, looking after people who live, work and travel throughout regional Australia.

Did you know in Western Australia, the RFDS provides an emergency evacuation or hospital transfer for an average of 22 people every day?

When your friends and family set off on an outback adventure or go to work on a remote mine site, we provide the confidence and peace of mind, that in a medical emergency we will be there to help.

The RFDS is an industry leader in the provision of medical care to people living in regional WA. Can you imagine being hours away from the nearest doctor? The RFDS provides a comprehensive primary health care service, which includes GP, women’s health clinics and health education programs.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service is a not for profit organisation, proudly supported by Australian’s for over 80 years.
