Oncology Children's Foundation

Build a Hero Page

The Oncology Children’s Foundation (OCF) is the only children’s charity in Australia exclusively devoted to raising funds for medical research into childhood cancers. Our mission is to fund revolutionary research that will cure childhood cancer and give our kids the wonderful gift of life. Join our passionate team in the fight against childhood cancer and together we can make a difference.

Every year 700 children will be diagnosed with childhood cancer. Sadly, 200 of those children will lose their fight.

All funds raised by OCF are donated to The Oncology Research Units at The Children's Hospital, Westmead and at The University of NSW. The strength of our research program is dependent on public support. Your support will make a difference!

In the financial year 2008, OCF raised $2,110,000 for the Oncology Research Unit (ORU) at The Children's Hospital at Westmead. The ORU is one of seven major children's cancer research units in the world that work as one for the benefit of all children with cancer no matter where they live.
