Yoga Aid Challenge Hong Kong

Welcome to the first Yoga Aid Challenge to be held in Hong Kong.

The Challenge is to complete 108 Sun Salutations at Sunrise (7am) on July 4th at the Hong Kong Convention Centre whilst raising money for children in need.

We have 12 of the world's greatest Yoga teachers coming together for the first time ever to provide a unique Yoga experience.

The 12 teachers will each lead 9 Sun Salutations each and include John Friend, Ana Forrest, Bryan Kest, Duncan Peak, Lance Schuler, Maya Fiennes, Ellen Head, David Swenson, Desiree Rumbaugh, Duncan Wong, Jules Febre and Mark Whitwell.
