Welcome to the Black Dog Institute fundraising website!

Depression impacts 1 in 5 Australians and according to the World Health Organisation,  depression will be the number 1 cause of disability by 2030. Exercise is a great way to lift mood and relieve some symptoms of depression and anxiety. Exercise Your Mood Week in September aims to educate all Australians about the benefits of regular exercise on your mental health. So get off the couch and get involved. For more information visit our website www.blackdoginstitute.org.au
