Last year SSR assisted 84% of the States Secondary schools and 40% of Victorian Primary Schools with school attire and footwear. This resulted in 10,463 requests for assistance. We help kids and families in situations such as financial hardship, domestic violence, abuse, neglect, poverty, natural disaters and homelessness.

School Sport Victoria (SSV) provides quality sporting opportunities for 74% of Victorian school students, on behalf of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD). SSV's core business is coordinating inter-school sport across Victoria and has been in practice for over 100 years.

DEECD places a high priority on physical activity as a key component for the development of healthy learners. Physical activity for children has been linked to positive self esteem, skill development and general healthy development.
