After the success of the inaugural Sun Run we’re pleased to bring back Sydney’s new summer fun run. The fun run is held the day before the Cole Classic, on Saturday, February 4, 2012 creating the ultimate swim/run sporting weekend.
 
The spectacular Sun Run course (approx 7km) from Dee Why to Manly showcases the best of the Northern Beaches. Starting at The Strand in Dee Why and finishing on the Steyne in Manly, with all finishers receiving a commemorative medal.
 
Participants can also dive into Australia’s largest ocean swim on Sunday, February 5, 2012 and take up the challenge to join thousands of swimmers in Manly.
 
The events aim to raise much needed funds for more then 600 charities, including the Manly and Dee Why Surf Life Saving Clubs.
