The eighteenth running of the Lindfield Rotary Fun Run will take place on Sunday April 7th in the hilly environs of Roseville and Lindfield, when we expect to have more than two thousand competitors taking up the challenge of the hills and enjoying this great community event.

It is an opportunity for individuals and families to enjoy the great outdoors in a healthy and fun event but it is also an opportunity for competitors to raise much needed funds for one of our four featured charities or indeed for any of the large number of charities registered by Everyday Hero.

  • Lindfield Rotary is delighted to partner with Everyday Hero to raise support for such worthwhile Charities as KYDS, the Ku-Ring-Gai Youth Development Service, which was originally started by Lindfield Rotary but which is now self funding the many services it provides to youth on the North Shore of Sydney.

  • We would like to also encourage support for Australian Rotary Health, focused as it is on funding research into Mental illness which is so prevalent in our society, debilitating to sufferers, and distressing to their family and friends.

  • Many of our runners on the day are involved as members of Can Too and so we would like to feature Cure Cancer Australia Foundation by way of reciprocal support for their efforts to fundraise for such a great organisation.

  • The Kolling Foundation at Royal North Shore Hospital is our fourth featured charity this year and we encourage participants to check out each of these organizations before deciding to add another dimension to your participation in the Lindfield Rotary Fun Run 2013.
