PA Team Health for cancer research has now finished 03 Jul 2004 JOIN THE PA TEAM HEALTHBE a PArt of it... Yep its that time of year again.. and the Mighty PA Team and QLD Health have joined forces to encourage you all to get your joggers, grab your mates and do something good for your health while helping the lives of people living with cancer by particpating in this year's Gold Coast Marathon. PA staff, supporters family and friends are invited to join the QLD Health Mighty PA Team to help raise vital funds to support cancer research at the PA and be a PArt of QLD's largest sporting events. The Gold Coast Airport Marathon takes place on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 July and there are 6 events that you can BE A PArt of:
Last year the Mighty PA Team had 100 partipants who collectively raised over $13,000 for cancer research which enabled the purchase of a special freeze dry machine for the development of cancer silencing drugs to treat cancer patients. So if you want to be a PArt of something special that can help make an amazing difference to the lives of people living with cancer - then join the QLD Health Mighty PA Team and BE PArt OF IT!
