Healthy High 2010 has now finished

18 Jun 2010 - 28 Jun 2010

Healthy High is a national fundraising campaign to support DRUG ARM Australasia's Street Outreach Services (SOS). Registered participants make a promise not to consume alcohol during the ten days of Healthy High, from midday 18 June to midday 28 June 2010.

DRUG ARM's teams of volunteers provide hope and compassion to those homeless and youths on the streets around Australia. Making contact with up to 40,000 homeless a year, DRUG ARM trained volunteers and staff provide warm cups of tea, coffee or Milo, and provide referrals where appropriate for example in relation to accommodation assistance, job support, medical assistance or Centrelink support. DRUG ARM's Street Outreach Service receives no government funding and relies heavily on the support of the community and through campaigns such as Healthy High.

In 2010, DRUG ARM is celebrating 21 years of providing Street Outreach Services across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. To ensure these services can continue to operate and reach out to our vulnerable homeless and young people on the streets, the Healthy High campaign needs your help.

Every participant can make a big difference in the life of someone struggling on the streets.

Raise funds and raise awareness. Lead a happy and healthy life without the misuse of alcohol.
