2008 Mark Webber Pure Tasmania Challenge has now finished

The Mark Webber Pure Tasmania Challenge is a grueling five-day endurance event involving trekking, kayaking, mountain biking and some ‘mystery disciplines’ across stunning Tasmania. The Challenge has a mix of amateur competitors with elite athletes & celebrities. This year Mark will race alongside Kangaroos FC legend Glenn Archer & his former teammate Leigh Colbert, Australian Paralympic and World Champion Michael Milton, two local Papua New Guinea Kokoda Trail porters who are direct descendants of the legendary Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels and a host of corporate Challengers. All participants in the Challenge assist to raise money for the two vital causes that the Mark Webber Challenge Foundation supports; The Leukaemia Foundation and the Save the Tassie Devil Appeal.
