Meet Harry

Harry is the face of the 2011 Appeal, his family turned to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead for help when he was only two days old. Born with multiple limb deficiencies, Harry is one of 70,000 children whose life is touched each year by the Hospital and the world-class treatment and care provided.

Harry’s life has been transformed, thanks to the expert staff at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Now aged six, Harry is an outgoing and positive child, who loves playing soccer and surfing. He has just been fitted with his ninth set of prosthetic legs – his first set was fitted when he was just 15 months old.
