Winter Sleepout has now finished 01 Jun 2009 - 31 Aug 2009 Of the 105,000 homeless people in Australia, nearly half are under 25 years of age and 12,000 are children under the age of 12. Winter Sleepout is an easy and fun way for you to raise money for Mission Australia with your family, friends, school or workplace. All you need to do is get a group together to sleep-out in your school auditorium, church, stadium or office and ask your family and friends to sponsor you to take up the Winter Sleepout Challenge. You can even set up your own personal fundraising page so that people can sponsor you by simply visiting your webpage. |
