Loop the Lake 2012 has now finished

Loop the Lake for 2012 will be on the 11th of March 2012.

Loop the Lake is a leisure ride around beautiful Lake Macquarie of 16km, 50km or 85km finishing at Speers Point Park.

Choose the distance that suits you best.  All distances finish at Speers Point Park.

16km Easy Loop - Start time 8:30am from Lakeside Park Recreation Reserve, Belmont South

50km Part Loop - Start time 8:30am from Morisset Railway Station Dora Street Carpark

85km Loop The Lake - Start time 8am from Speers Point Park

Organised by the Rotary Club of Warners Bay, Loop The Lake is assisted by Traffic Police, CREST Communications Volunteers and St. John Ambulance.

Route Marshals are provided by the Lake Macquarie Rotary Clubs of Morisset, Toronto, Toronto Sunrise, Cardiff, Belmont, Bennetts Green and Warners Bay.

Refreshments include muffin break at Morisset, fruit stop at Belmont South and lunch at the finish. Water stops are supplied along the route. Free entry to the Speers Point Park Olympic Pool is also included at the end of the ride.
