Time: 7am - 4pm What: Teams of Three The 2009 Teva Charity Challenge offers an awesome opportunity to be a part of one of Australia's best team building adventures. This fun event has been specially designed for work colleagues and friends who love both a challenge and the great outdoors. The fun filled course consists of 15 - 25km of mountain bike riding, 8 - 12 km of trail running/trekking, basic navigation and team adventure challenges. The event is designed for those who have never experienced adventure racing before to come along and try their hand at one of Australia's most exciting new sports. The mountain biking is suitable for beginners and includes mainly wide open fire trails with small sections of single track riding. It’s a challenge – not a race but with the ultimate satisfaction from being part of a team and most importantly, giving seriously ill kids something to smile about. FUNDRAISING The 2009 Teva Charity Challenge is a chance for you to make a difference. We ask that each team commit to trying to raise more than $1,000 in sponsorship with all money raised going directly to the Starlight Children's Foundation and seriously ill kids across Australia.
