Cathy Cruse Mt Kilimanjaro Trek has now finished

In July of this year Cathy Cruse will be leaving behind her husband and four children to climb Mt Kilimanjaro, the tallest free standing mountain in the world. The trek will take approx 7 days climbing over 6000m. She will have to battle altitude sickness to reach the summit. Cathy aims to raise $100,000 for HeartKids and the Foundation for Goodness in Sri Lanka. The Foundation for Goodness is working extensively to lift the people of Sri Lanka out of poverty, supporting children and their families, through job training, education, supplying medical aid, food and clothing.
