Unity Walk NSW 2009 has now finished The Parkinson’s Unity Walk started in New York’s Central Park in 1994. This is Sydney's 2nd Unity Walk. On Sunday 30 August, we invite everyone, people with Parkinson’s and their families and friends to participate in this family fun day out. The 4km walk will show you the "other" side of Sydney Olympic Park. Be a part of Australia’s 2nd Unity Walk for Parkinson’s to show pride in your team and pride in helping people with Parkinson’s. For every dollar raised, 50% will go towards research into this debilitating disease. The other 50% will fund support services for people with Parkinson’s, their families and carers. |
