2009 Great Victorian Bike Ride has now finished

28 Nov 2009 - 06 Dec 2009

Cruise along the Great Ocean Road, winding from Portland to Geelong alongside some of Australia's most spectacular coastal scenery. It's a 550km challenge, nine days on the bike with plenty of time for friends and fun in the sun. Explore the history around Porland, head inland to Macarthur, then pedal straight back to the beach. Tackle the big days - 95kms, 100kms and the famous Lavers hill - and watch the world fly by, coast on one side, mountains on the other. Cruise through charming seaside towns, Anglesea, Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove on the way to the finish line. Jump for joy in Geelong - you did it!
