Canberra Marathon 2008 has now finished

The Canberra Marathon is now in its 32nd year and incorporates the 50km Ultra Marathon, Kids Marathon and 5km & 10km Fun Runs. Since 2004 we have linked with the Children’s Cancer Institute Australia to raise money for research into childhood cancer. Thank you to all our runners who support the event and support the CCIA. Approach your workmates, school friends, family or neighbours and get them to sponsor you. Or better still, challenge them to join you in the 5k, 10k, Marathon, 50k or Kids Marathon and raise money of their own…. a workplace challenge between sections with corporate support to provide a prize for the team that raises the highest amount or a challenge between different grades at your school! Approach your local businesses, their staff may be willing to sponsor you and the business itself could be willing to make a donation.
