Bandaged Bear Day 2010 has now finished

Help us celebrate Bandaged Bear’s 21^st Birthday on Friday 26 March. Buy merchandise, donate money or hold your own “When I grow up I want to be…” party during March and raise vital funds for The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

The specialist care offered at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead allows more children with uncertain futures to grow up into healthy, happy adults. The 2010 Appeal will focus on the theme “When I grow up I want to be…” urging the community to look back on their childhood and reflect on their early dreams. Your support will help ensure children struggling with illness have a fighting chance to fulfil their own dreams.

With the support of the community, Bandaged Bear Day has raised almost $12 million since its inception 21 years ago.

Bandaged Bear in 2010 will wear a coat designed by 12-year-old Atia, a Mascot Public School student who won our national school coat design competition
