  Go Ewan!

Ewan is a handsome 10 year old boy who receives services and support through The Centre’s Kids Can School Age Intervention Programme which focuses on developing young lives through a range of children’s services including therapy, social work and respite care.

Through this year’s Wheelie Big Challenge, Ewan is helping to raise funds towards the purchase of specialised equipment to benefit kids with CP.

New technology has made huge advancements over the last few decades to help kids with CP be fully integrated into the community. However this technology can be very expensive and is beyond the means of most families with many pieces of equipment costing thousands of dollars to purchase. This doesn’t even include the extra expense of learning how to use the equipment and upgrading it, either when the technology is obsolete or when the user requires new equipment to suit their growing needs.

To help fund items on The Centre’s never ending Wish List Ewan and his family have generously put up their hands to raise $2,000 by March 2010. Your support of Ewan’s Challenge would be appreciated.
