I managed a 6 hour swim in 14.8 degrees recently so I am officially qualified to swim the channel. I now have 7 weeks left before leaving for the UK. Recently I have been working on my weight, my breathing and keeping myself loose to avoid injury.

Luckily we will be in the UK during the Olympics and the Tour de France so plenty of inspiration and hopefully we will see Cadel ride in victorious on the final day.

The organisation works to improve the lives of those affected through support, lobbying, raising awareness and providing accurate and helpful information.
