It has been over 3 years since my wife Sharyn and I were devastated by the news that our eldest child James was suffering from the insidious disease of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. We have cried most nights and our whole world has been changed by the news that our son will have to struggle with a disease that he will, at present never beat.
