Hi all,

I am packing up my family and heaing to Western Australia in February for the biggest swim of my life!

The HBF Rottnest Channel Swim is a 19.7km swim from Cottesloe Beach to Thomson Bay, Rottnest Island in Western Australia. Participants can compete in teams of two or four, or for the extremely dedicated (yes that would be me), tackle the crossing solo.

The event is now the world’s largest open water swimming event and I can't wait to tackle it in support of my favourite charity, The Autism & Aspergers Support Group Inc.

The Autism and Aspergers Support Group was formed in 1998 by a group of parents and carers of individuals who had an ASD diagnosis. Today, we are still going strong, with over 200 families and individuals obtaining support through our organisation.
