If you are looking for a way to inspire your team, make a difference to people and enrich your community responsibility, then get your work place involved in the Unity Walk in the Park 2018 and support the 22,000 people in NSW living with Parkinson’s.

It’s a great day out with your team and a perfect opportunity to for your team members to socialise outside of the office with their families while doing something for a great cause that will empower, drive positivity, and uplift team moral.

One simple reason. EVERYONE can get involved. We aren’t asking you to bring a team of athletes to run a marathon. We are inviting you to bring your team and come for a Walk in the Park. This event attracts all ages and abilities. Even our furry friends are welcome to walk with us.

1. Register online and start a team.

2. Invite your workers to also register for the event and join your company team.

3. Ask everyone to ask their friends and families to donate to their fundraising page.

4. Tell your clients and suppliers why your company is getting involved and ask them to make a tax deductable donation toward your team. Maybe put it in an email or your next newsletter, on your noticeboard, or bring it up at the next team meeting.

5. All come together on Sunday 26th August as one big family to show your support and celebrate the success of your team.

By getting involved you will help to fund vital research and ensuring Parkinson’s NSW services continue across NSW. Show your team that you’re in this together. Pledge to match the highest fundraiser by making a tax deductable donation after the event, or go bold and pledge to match your entire teams fundraising efforts giving them a great sense of achievement.
