Run2Cure Neuroblastoma

Fun Runs and Fun Day - Sunday 4th June 2017

The Domain and Botanical Gardens

Help us beat the leading cause of deaths in children under the age of 5 from cancer and take part in the Neuroblastoma Run2Cure fun runs. Currently aggressive neuroblastoma survival rates are only 50% and this is your opportunity to help us change them through helping us raise funds for research.

Runners start in the domain and continue around Mrs Macquaries Chair, a stunning backdrop to keep you going.

  • 10km timed run – 7:30am starts from Domain (timed)
  • 5km timed run – 9:00am starts from the Domain
  • 3km timed run – 9:10am starts from the Domain

1km fun walk, superhero style – 10:30am start for kids under 5 and their families. Prizes for dress up.

Neuroblastoma Australia

Neuroblastoma Australia has been developed to fundraise for research into neuroblastoma childhood cancer.

Neuroblastoma is the leading cause of death of children under 5 from cancer. Research has improved survival rates but there is still significant potential to develop better treatments so all children diagnosed with neuroblastoma survive and have no long term side effects from their treatments.

Neuroblastoma Australia also aims to provide information about the disease and to raise awareness within the community. We believe every child should have the chance to grow up and lead long and healthy lives.

360 heroes fundraising today.

Don't let the runners have all the fun...

The family day has been set up for everyone to take part in some fun post the runs or whilst they are still running. We will have many activities for the kids to entertain them for the day so please do join us.

Some of the acitivies include Kindifarms, facepainting, inflatables, craft, sporting activites, stalls (food and goods) and of course some entertainement on the main stage.
